Rhythmic Mtv style editing & quick jump cuts are used to show the different visualizations in succession to keep up with the paced of the lyrics that are rapped by Lil’ Wayne in the video. The editing is also tight as it keeps in synch not with just the lyrics but also the beat as shown when the camera shakes sometimes when you hear the drums. Throughout the video the cut rate is at a moderate tempo. I think this is so that there's enough time to show the actions performed by Lil' Wayne that go with his lyrics but the cut rate when it shows the women are fast, which i think is because they ain't really important in the video. The only transitions used throughout the video are straight cut. Also slow motion is used at certain scenes. An example is when it shows the women walking on the street. This is to attract & maintain the attraction of the male viewers.
