I would say that overall we have constantly received audience feedback informally through some of the students in our class. This is because throughout the whole post-production stage I would often ask my peers in my Media class to give me their opinion on specific aspects I used. Through their opinions I may have changed a shot I used or used a specific effect which would complete the scene better.
I produced questionnaires for the audience to write their response as none of the people I selected felt comfortable to be filmed in front of a camera. I asked 5 people to complete the questionnaire and I noticed that the general response to the music video seemed to be a very positive one. One which frequently came up was that the editing at the beginning of the video (first 11seconds) and the second chorus (1:22-1:28) was very fast paced which fitted well with the song.
I was a little bit surprised with the responses to Question 7 on the questionnaire as not one person thought that the fact the video was all shot in the studio and behind the green screen was an issue. This was a surprise as after I edited the video I personally felt that an improvement would have been to have a variety of different locations. However, to see that it was not a major problem within the video was a huge relief.
